What is a buyers agent?

With us as your buying agent, you get exclusive notice of upcoming silent sales (especially by luxe property vendors and their legal representatives) and off-market opportunities that other buyers on the open market never see.

Can't I just work with the real estate agents?

The real estate agent is legally bound to do their best for the vendor - and get the highest sale price first and foremost - out of you. That said, so 'Why do I need a buyers' agent on my side?'  As your buyer’s agent, we will ensure you won't be deceived by some agents out there (we know and work with the honest ones!), not overpay, and get the best value deal with your preferred terms. That's it.

Question 4

Do you use Realestate.com.au and Domain?

Accepted Answer

Yes we do check, however, what you see on there these days is quite honestly, what is left.
We are seeing two property industry markets growing at present - seen and unseen. 
 
The Buyers Agency Group have exclusive access to off-market and silent sale properties through our extensive agent networks, our own databases, and professional (expensive!) software programs. And we have success directly connecting with vendors for our buyers.
 
This means that we have access to many more properties than you see listed online, and can negotiate listings, price and deals for you that the general public don't have access to.

Question 5

Do I have to use a buyers agent in my own state?

Accepted Answer

No, although it is always best to work with an agent from your own state, if you live interstate, or wish to buy in another state, please ensure your agent is fully licenced and registered with the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) in that state to work as a licenced agent, as each state has it's own property laws and you need to know you are being properly, legally represented.
 
The Buyers Agency Group agents are licenced personally, corporately, and registered to buy and sell real estate in both NSW, and the ACT. We were mutually recoginsed on 1st July 2021 by the Victoria and Northern Territory governments to professionally buy and sell there. We are currently working with the QLD, SA, TAS and WA governments for OFT registration. Our agency is well networked with established long term property partners across Australia for our clients.

Yes we can.
However we have a passion for client advocacy - seeing the rights of our client fully and transparently upheld (fairly but firmly) on behalf of them whether they are buying a property (licenced buyers advocate) or seeking to sell their property (licenced vendor's advocate).
