Stage 2 - Purchase (balance on exchange of Sale of Contract)
We arrange and review specialist appraisals and reports, negotiate with agents for the best deal, and work closely with the legal and financial team ready for settlement.
Stage 3 - Post Purchase
We arrange any pre-move-in quotes, consultancy and building maintenance to expedite, maximise and realise your own style, potential equity, and capital growth.
We organise insurance, tax reports, manage collaboration with the sales and property management agents, financial and legal teams - so you can rest, assured!
