The Buyers Agency Group have exclusive access to off-market and silent sale properties through our extensive agent networks, our own databases, and professional (expensive!) software programs. And we have success directly connecting with vendors for our buyers.
This means that we have access to many more properties than you see listed online, and can negotiate listings, price and deals for you that the general public don't have access to.
No, although it is always best to work with an agent from your own state, if you live interstate, or wish to buy in another state, please ensure your agent is fully licenced and registered with the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) in that state to work as a licenced agent, as each state has it's own property laws and you need to know you are being properly, legally represented.
The Buyers Agency Group agents are licenced personally, corporately, and registered to buy and sell real estate in both NSW, and the ACT. We were mutually recoginsed on 1st July 2021 by the Victoria and Northern Territory governments to professionally buy and sell there. We are currently working with the QLD, SA, TAS and WA governments for OFT registration. Our agency is well networked with established long term property partners across Australia for our clients.
